Financial Contribution - guidelines

If you haven’t done so already, please make a bank transfer to confirm that you are definitely coming.

I have now sorted the room plan so if you do have any room requirements - let me know asap. All single rooms have now been allocated. Please also note that some rooms have ensuite bathrooms and some don’t so if an ensuite bathroom is essential, let me know.

To cover the cost of hiring the venue, I am asking everyone for £100
£60 if you are in a van

On top of venue hire, I am also asking for a contribution towards food and drink. I will organise everything and will ask for kitchen volunteers to help with the smooth flow of food prep and clearing away. I will order food and drink and will sort everything out so that you can simply focus on bringing your beautiful self. All food will be organic and all dietary requirements will be catered for.

We will have botanical mocktails, a range of cocktails, champagne, wines, nozeco, spirits, tonics, kombucha, sparkling water, herbal teas, brunches, snacks, dinner and nibbles - an abundance of options is how I like to operate!

Please feel into how much you would like to contribute and swish over some dosh when you can. I have suggested a ballpark figure of around £50. Several of you have very kindly offered more which is greatly appreciated.

I’ve tried to ask for as little as possible to put towards the costs - if you can come but feel strapped, send over what you can and we will figure it out. If you are feeling abundant, feel fee to transfer more.
