Raw Fudge & Chocolate
Which type of fudge do you prefer - are you a soft and squidgy lover or do you prefer the dry and crumbly type? Everyone has a favourite flavour - creamy vanilla, maple & peanut, butterscotch, rum and raisin, salted caramel or maybe a refreshing peppermint fudge. How about adding some superfoods, a few interesting flavour combos like miso, cayenne or ginger - use a healthier sweetener and before you know it, we’ve turned a sugary sweet into something that might (dare I even suggest it) be good for us (in moderation mind, I’m not suggesting fudge for breakfast, lunch and dinner)
This class has a hands-on element so not only will you walk away with 8 fudge recipes, you will taste each of the recipes during the class. You will all make different recipes to try and all taste - there’s a notes section next to each recipe so you can make adjustments when you’re back in your own kitchen.
And there’s a box or bag of fudge to take away with you if you don’t manage to eat it all during the class.
