I will be teaming up again with Diabeatit to run a nurturing sugar free retreat this Autumn in a beautiful village 17 miles southwest of Oxford.  Relax, rest and enjoy daily walks in the countryside.  Learn how to navigate social events, engage friends and family in your healing and prepare for the festive season ahead. We will feed you, teach you and invite you into the kitchen to experience hands on food prep classes. 

We specialise in supporting clients with type 2 Diabetes. Whether you have diabetes, pre-diabetes or just feel your life is run by food and you want it to stop, this retreat will help you improve your blood sugar balance.

During this class, my aim is to inspire you to get stuck into the fascinating world of ferments.  Learn how ferments improve our gut health and boost our immunity - not only are they perfect to fend off colds and infections but they are also wonderful feel good foods to lift our spirit.

The class is a mix of demo, talks, tasting & sharing tips and techniques. You will also be invited to have a hands on experience making your own ferment to take home with you.

You will learn how to make: 
Krauts & kimchi
Sparkling cocktails
Nut & seed cheeses
Chutney
Sizzling salsa
onion bread & crackers
Fermented nut/seed tortes

All the food is organic and free from both gluten & refined sugar.  The recipes are all plant based but if anyone is interested in dairy kefir, I am happy to discuss and demo.

Classes are currently run from my home in Bristol and I keep the class sizes small with a maximum of 8 people.

Recipes, tasters and lunch are provided.

There will be additional products to purchase on the day such as ferments, nuts cheeses & crackers.

Come and learn how to ferments nuts and seeds and turn them into delicious nut cheeses and creamy cakes. Use kimchi to make dehydrated crackers and ferment figs with kefir to make sweet spicy chutney.

This class combines a talk, demo, a recipe handout and lots of tasters during the class.

I will be running this class in Bristol.

This class combines a talk / demo / tasters of ingredients and a recipe handout - plus you will receive samples of each recipe to either have in class or take home with you. These will be perfect as a Christmas gift.

This class is truly scrumptious to run!  We cover a selection of raw chocolates, truffles, fudge, soft centres, bounty bars & caramel slices.

We explore different sweeteners, flavours & textures and I will share with you tips and techniques to help you create your own delicious raw chocolates.

All recipes and tasters are organic and free from gluten, dairy & refined sugars.
