I will be running a Medicinal Mushroom class in February. Come and join me for a few hours to learn how mushrooms can support better health in so many ways.  Find out which mushrooms are best for radiant skin, for boosting immunity & fighting off viruses, increasing energy levels, reducing stress, improving brain function, supporting weight loss and increasing sex drive.

Find out how to include tinctures & extracts into recipes and where to source good quality products.

The class is a mix of a demo, discussion with lots of food and drink to taste.

Recipes will be a mix of raw & cooked and are all free from gluten & refined sugar. Food, drinks & recipe handout all included. Please let me know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

Spring Equinox Retreat

Sound & Silence Spring Cleanse

Monday 18th March - Saturday 23rd March 2019

Holistic Holidays are running a retreat this Spring Equinox in North Devon and I have been invited to run workshops and support the retreat. A rejuvenating five day break with nourishing organic wholefood, juices and smoothies with an opportunity to fast for 24 hours over equinox or slow digestion down to simple broths and soups.

The equinox is a great opportunity to align with the energy in nature, set intentions for the year ahead and enjoy moments of stillness, experience the benefits of meditation and chanting, take walks in the beautiful North Devon countryside, a picnic and coastal walk one afternoon and plenty of time to rest, journal, read or take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy the scenery.

Wendy will be running the yoga, meditation and chanting sessions and will encourage you to embrace periods of silence on the retreat - after the last session in the evening until the group session in the morning. We advise that you use this opportunity to take a break from electronics and if this is not possible at all times for you, we request that phones are used outside of the cottages and away from other guests.

Anoushka Davey, is the Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner and Kirsten Oddy is the retreat chef. All food will be organic and gluten-free with an emphasis on giving digestion a break - all diets catered for.
