I will be teaming up with my lovely friend and inspiring Naturopath, Rhaya Jordan,
to run this weekend workshop in London focusing on wellbeing
specifically supporting those with type 2 Diabetes.

We run sugar free retreats and whilst our focus is
for anyone living with type 2 Diabetes or who has a pre-diabetes diagnosis,
we also help anyone who wants to break free from the sugar and stress cycle.

Whilst we are passionate about blood sugar management through dietary choices,
our approach does not look at food in isolation.
We share evidence based tips and techniques to balance blood sugar levels,
improve sleep and increase energy levels naturally


The weekend will be non-residential and will comprise of 2 full days (10am - 5pm)
(Saturday 26 Oct & Sunday 27 Oct) at a location in central London TBC


The weekend will offer you delicious food & coaching techniques,
a chance to benefit from Rhaya’s experience of 3 decades working with Diabetes,
my passion for creating sugar-free recipes
and both of our experience coaching clients


The cost of the weekend covers -
organic drinks and snacks throughout the day plus broths and lunch
food classes and coaching sessions with both Anna & Rhaya
a recipe booklet and coaching guidelines to take home with you

Raw Fudge

Raw Fudge, Chocolate & Nut Butters

Which type of fudge do you prefer - are you a soft and squidgy lover or do you prefer the dry and crumbly type?

Everyone has a favourite flavour - creamy vanilla, maple & peanut, butterscotch, rum and raisin, salted caramel or maybe a refreshing peppermint fudge. How about adding some superfoods, a few interesting flavour combos like miso, cayenne or ginger - use a healthier sweetener and before you know it, we’ve turned a sugary sweet into something a lot healthier.

This class has a hands-on element so not only will you walk away with a booklet of fudge and chocolate recipes, you will taste each of the recipes during the class. You will all make different recipes to try and all taste - there’s a notes section next to each recipe so you can make adjustments when you’re back in your own kitchen.

Plus, there’s a bag of fudge to take away with you if you don’t manage to eat it all during the afternoon.

This is such a fun way to spend an afternoon - on top of all the fudge recipes, we will also be covering home made nut butters, raw chocolate and making chocolate covered fudge.
