Nourish your adrenal glands - learn to live with less stress and boost your energy levels naturally.

Recognise your stress triggers and gain valuable tips about managing them. Understand the physiological impact of stress and evidence based techniques to switch off the stress response.

The long-term impact of raised cortisol levels in our body are devastating. Inflammation, infertility, weight gain, diabetes, depression, heart conditions, high blood pressure, stroke, dementia, cancer. It’s imperative we all learn how to manage our stress in ways that work for us

We are all unique and there are many approaches we can take to combat the stress of modern day life. I am so happy to share this class with you to help you put a plan of action into place.

I will be sharing information about what keeps us in a state of stress and factors that deplete our energy. We delve into coaching exercises to help you identify simple tweeks you can implement. I also cover foods, herbs, superfoods and essential oils that specifically help increase natural energy reserves and lower cortisol levels.

During this class, my aim is to inspire you to get stuck into the fascinating world of ferments.  Learn how ferments improve our gut health and boost our immunity - not only are they perfect to fend off colds and infections but they are also wonderful feel good foods to lift our spirit.

The class is a mix of demo, talks, tasting & sharing tips and techniques. You will also be invited to have a hands on experience making your own ferment to take home with you.

You will learn how to make:

Krauts & kimchi
Nut & seed cheeses
Chutney & crackers

I will be teaming up with my lovely friend and inspiring Naturopath, Rhaya Jordan,
to run this weekend workshop in London focusing on wellbeing
specifically supporting those with type 2 Diabetes.

We run sugar free retreats and whilst our focus is
for anyone living with type 2 Diabetes or who has a pre-diabetes diagnosis,
we also help anyone who wants to break free from the sugar and stress cycle.

Whilst we are passionate about blood sugar management through dietary choices,
our approach does not look at food in isolation.
We share evidence based tips and techniques to balance blood sugar levels,
improve sleep and increase energy levels naturally


The weekend will be non-residential and will comprise of 2 full days (10am - 5pm)
(Saturday 26 Oct & Sunday 27 Oct) at a location in central London TBC


The weekend will offer you delicious food & coaching techniques,
a chance to benefit from Rhaya’s experience of 3 decades working with Diabetes,
my passion for creating sugar-free recipes
and both of our experience coaching clients

Raw Fudge

Raw Fudge & Chocolate

Which type of fudge do you prefer - are you a soft and squidgy lover or do you prefer the dry and crumbly type? Everyone has a favourite flavour - creamy vanilla, maple & peanut, butterscotch, rum and raisin, salted caramel or maybe a refreshing peppermint fudge. How about adding some superfoods, a few interesting flavour combos like miso, cayenne or ginger - use a healthier sweetener and before you know it, we’ve turned a sugary sweet into something that might (dare I even suggest it) be good for us (in moderation mind, I’m not suggesting fudge for breakfast, lunch and dinner)

This class has a hands-on element so not only will you walk away with a booklet of fudge and chocolate recipes, you will taste each of the recipes during the class. You will all make different recipes to try and all taste - there’s a notes section next to each recipe so you can make adjustments when you’re back in your own kitchen.

And there’s a box or bag of fudge to take away with you if you don’t manage to eat it all during the afternoon.

I am very excited to join Stephanie Jeffs this year to prepare raw food for everyone on her annual yoga retreat in Portugal. On the edge of the Sao Bartolomeu de Messines/Silves nature reserve in the Algarve, this nourishing retreat is an exclusive, intimate and unique week of restful bliss, a perfect opportunity to relax into nature, unplug from the world, restore and reset. Stephanie will be your host and running daily raw food workshops. I will be in the kitchen prepping delicious organic raw meals for you. Come and join us both!
