Raw Magic Retreat

Wow, it's our 5th Raw Magic Retreat.  I will be working with Kate Magic again this year to put on another event providing raw food packed with superfoods for a 5 day retreat at beautiful Abbeydore Court in Hereford.  3 super nutritious raw meals a day, food prep classes with both myself and Kate, a mocktail party on the last night, plus yoga, massage, a hike in the Brecon Beacons and a sound healing. Find out what depletes our energy and how we can keep on top of our game using superfoods, broths and ferments.   The class will be a mix of raw and cooked recipes with very practical ideas. We will be looking at improving energy levels and the importance of gut health

The focus will be on savoury dishes

The day will be tailored to everyone's individual requirements so please note that animal protein, dairy kefir and bone broths will be discussed in the class along with providing plant based alternatives.
