Come and learn how to ferments nuts and seeds and turn them into delicious nut cheeses and creamy cakes. Use kimchi to make dehydrated crackers and ferment figs with kefir to make sweet spicy chutney.
This class combines a talk, demo, a recipe handout and lots of tasters during the class.
