During this class, my aim is to inspire you to get stuck into the fascinating world of ferments. Learn how ferments improve our gut health and boost our immunity - not only are they perfect to fend off colds and infections but they are also wonderful feel good foods to lift our spirit.
The class is a mix of demo, talks, tasting & sharing tips and techniques. You will also be invited to have a hands on experience making your own ferment to take home with you.
You will learn how to make:
Krauts & kimch
Nut & seed cheeses
onion bread & crackers
Fermented nut/seed tortes
All the food is organic, plant based and free from both gluten & refined sugar. Classes are currently run from my home in Bristol and I keep the class sizes small with a maximum of 8 people.
Recipes, tasters and lunch are provided
plus samples to take home with you.
