hands-on raw class - day 2

Day 2 of 2 hands-on classes (both days can be booked separately).  This day is an introduction to raw class to show you how quick, easy and tasty these dishes are.

This is a hands-on class.  You will have your own blender and station to work from and make a selection of recipes.  I will also demo a few recipes in between.  You will make food to eat. We will all share a lunch together at the end of the class and there will be plenty for you to take home. 

This class has an Asian feel to it.  Sushi, pad thai, curry and coconut rice. Broccoli, ginger veg, Light fluffy cheesecakes and mousse.  Get stuck in rolling your own wraps and making your own style of raw curry - there will be recipe variations and you can tweek the recipes to suit your taste.  We'll also make mango chutney & coconut yoghurt.

I will introduce a few superfoods but the main focus of this class is ease and accessibility.  I will also touch on how to mix raw and cooked ingredients. 

I like to keep sugar content low so all recipes can be made to suit diabetic or sugar-free diets and there will be a range of sweeteners available.

All ingredients will be organic and plant based.

All recipes provided - with room for you to write notes.

The class will start at 9.30am and will aim to finish between 2pm - 2.30pm

The class will be a maximum of 6 people.
