I will be running this class in Manchester at Healthy Spirit in Didsbury.
This class combines a talk / demo / tasters of ingredients / a recipe handout / samples of each recipe to either have in class or take home with you.
This class is truly scrumptious to run! We cover a selection of raw chocolates, truffles, fudge, soft centres, bounty bars & caramel slices.
We explore different sweeteners, flavours & textures and I will share with you tips and techniques to help you create your own delicious raw chocolates.
All recipes and tasters are organic, vegan and free from gluten, dairy & refined sugars.
