I will be running a raw food day at THE KITCHEN cookery school at Chewton Glen. 

Explore how to include nutrient dense foods in a range of recipes.  All the recipes are plant based, gluten free and free from refined sugar providing you a range of tasty and exciting recipes which will leave you feeling satisfied, elevate mood and have a low impact on blood sugar levels.

This is a hands on class with a beautiful workstation per person.

Immune boosting mushroom tea
Creamy maca chaga chai
Nori & coconut wraps with fragrant cauliflower rice
Pad Thai with kelp noodles
Beetroot ravioli with a dill & shallot cream served with a yellow pepper sauce
Korean kimchi
Low GI raw chocolates & fudge
Sugar free berry cashew cheesecake
