Join me for a sweet afternoon filled with cakes & desserts. We cover some of my favourite recipes and I share valuable tips and techniques along with nutrition information throughout the class.
Leave with a deeper understanding of how different healthy sweeteners impact our sugar levels, how to use tiger nuts, how to make desserts with seaweed, how to add medicinal mushrooms to cakes and which superfoods work well in desserts.
There are so many super sweet raw cake recipes out there so if you already make raw cakes and want to try a few recipes that don't rely on cashews, dates and maple syrup, these desserts are designed to have a lower impact on blood sugar levels. I also provide nut-free options and substitution suggestions (for anyone sensitive to nuts or sesame, please note that my kitchen contains these ingredients).
Ingredients used in this class are all organic and suitable if you are following a plant-based, gluten-free or low-sugar diet.
