The long-term impact of raised cortisol levels in our body are devastating. Inflammation, infertility, weight gain, diabetes, depression, heart conditions, high blood pressure, stroke, dementia, cancer. It’s imperative we all learn how to manage our stress in ways that work for us

We are all unique and there are many approaches we can take to combat the stress of modern day life. I am so happy to share this class with you to help you put a plan of action into place.


I will be sharing information about what keeps us in a state of stress and factors that deplete our energy. We delve into coaching exercises to help you identify simple tweeks you can implement. I also cover foods, herbs, superfoods and essential oils that specifically help increase natural energy reserves and lower cortisol levels.

The class is a mix of a talk, group discussion, coaching, food demo and tasters.

Lunch, recipes and coaching notes are all included.

Classes are run from my home in Bristol and I keep the class sizes small with a maximum of 8 people.
