Fermentation evening in Wallingford

I will be heading over to Wallingford for the evening and invite you to join me to get stuck into the fascinating world of ferments. Learn how fermented foods improve our gut health and boost our immunity - not only are they perfect to fend off colds and infections but they are also wonderful mood enhancing foods to lift our spirit.
The evening will be a mix of demo, talks, tasting & sharing tips to get you started.
We will cover:
Krauts & kimchi
Water & dairy kefir
Fermented nuts & seeds
There will be a hands on sauerkraut making session so please bring with you a glass kilner jar (0.5 litre size) and a bowl to mix your veg in.
All ingredients, food for the evening and a recipe handout will be provided.
The food will be organic and free from both gluten & refined sugar. The recipes are all plant based but if anyone is interested in dairy kefir, I am happy to demo.
The cost for the evening will be £20 to cover expenses.
