Varied, unique and bursting with flavour, each bite completely different in taste and texture. Incredibly rich and dense.
Suitable for anyone following a gluten-free, low carb or vegan diet.
A note about ingredients used - nearly all the ingredients used are organic (only the xylitol and stevia are not certified) and all chocolates are packed full of superfoods. All nuts used are activated (soaked and dehydrated to improve digestion). All the flavours used are organic medicine flower extracts (including the coffee flavour - so, there is no actual coffee) and I use grey celtic salt.
I have specifically designed these to be full of good fats and low in carb. Therefore, I have not used, cashews, dried fruit (other than mulberry & goji) or any coconut nectar, coconut sugar, maple, date syrup, agave or honey. I have opted for a combo of xylitol, yacon, stevia, lucuma and carob (plus strawberry powder in the strawberry cream cones)
Allergy note - nuts and sesame are in the chocolates. I have also used a good quality non-gmo soya lecithin in a couple of the chocolates.
