RAW CHOCOLATE

Coconut & Vanilla Hearts

Ingredients

25g cacao butter
25g coconut oil
35g cacao powder
40ml maple syrup or coconut nectar
2-3 drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of mineral salt

Method

Break the cacao butter into pieces and place in a bowl with the coconut butter.  Place bowl in a second bowl filled with hot water until melted. 

Once melted, stir in rest of ingredients with a whisk

Pour into chocolate moulds & leave in fridge until set (a few hours)
